PDQ Car Wash - Appleton on Associated

Purchased the manager's special along with addons of floor mat cleaning and leather polishing. $75 total was a lot but we expected a clean vehicle. The services we paid extra for were done well and the outside was shiny. As we pulled out I noticed some residual bug spots on the windshield. Not great but we knew it would have a lot more by the time we got home. About an hour later I opened the back of the Jeep Wrangler. It had not even been touched. There was still all the sand from a beach trip a few weeks ago, shown in the picture. The back window was still dirty. By this time they were closed or we would have returned. Driving home into the sun we could see how poorly the inside of the windshield was cleaned, also shown in the picture. Very disappointing when we could have had much better results going through a touchless car wash and doing the interior ourselves. If you go there, do yourself a favor and check everything over before you drive away, or better yet, go elsewhere.

Just leaving. Not real impressed. The doors still have dust and debris in the pockets of the door handles and lower storage pockets, the dash still has scuff marks all over. The mats in the back still have dirt on them. Got the amount of money paid. I would expect a better job. This was the most half assed I’ve seen yet.

I don't normally do reviews and I'm in customer service so I know that it's tough to find good people but you have one job. This is how I got my car. They didn't even get rid of the peanut.

Pretty disappointing going in with a fairly clean car and it’s still not fully cleaned after paying almost $50. A good vacuuming and simple wipe down was all it needed. Nothing major. My entire center console section doesn’t look vacuumed or wiped. My passenger door and window clearly weren’t cleaned either.

I dont normally write reviews but I wouldn't recommend to anyone who wants full service done. I paid $48 for "full service" and got a barely cleaned car. They only focused on the front seats, didn't do the back seats (which is where it needed the cleaning the most because of kids). They were supposed to wipe down the consule, paid extra for it and its still dirty. I went when they first opened and it was just me there so there is no reason why the car was barely cleaned especially for that price and paying extra for things.
